The commute to work this morning was less than pleasant to say the least. Rolling Road, which usually takes me between three to five minutes to get to the end of from where I get onto it took half an hour this morning. I think the usual half-hour or so commute time to work took an hour today. However, seeing a fire truck in the far left lane on the opposite direction of the Braddock Road go over the median to make a right turn made the delay worthwhile. Anyhow, the snow could be the "blame" for this morning's long commute. But oh, how beautiful the snow-covered grass, ground, and trees were! Other than that of a brilliant creator that could think of painting the sky in a mix of colors during sunsets, I can think of no one else that'd have snow cover the earth the way it does.
